Intermediate course in “Chitarra” use

Take your passion for pasta to the next level with our intermediate course, designed for those who already have experience in making pasta by hand. The theoretical part will guide you through advanced kneading techniques and process specifications, while in the practical session you will try your hand at kneading. Guided by expert hands, you will discover hand-movement techniques and roll out a sheet of dough of the same thickness using a rolling pin technique. Finally, the dough will be cut on the “chitarra” in an even and precise manner.

A complete experience combining knowledge and skill to perfect your technique and achieve real expert results!
