Terramàne invites you to an unforgettable culinary journey: a weekend of relaxation and discovery, immersed in enchanting landscapes and centuries-old traditions. This journey takes you to the heart of Abruzzo’s green hills, where you will savor local cuisine and delve into the culture and history of this fascinating land. Perfect for those seeking a unique adventure that blends taste, nature, and conviviality.

Day 1 – Arrival and accommodation in a cozy apartment nestled in the hills of Cellino Attanasio or Notaresco. The day continues with visits to the evocative Romanesque abbeys of San Clemente al Vomano and Santa Maria di Propezzano, offering an immersive experience into the history and spirituality of these ancient sites. The evening concludes in Notaresco with a delicious dinner featuring local products.

Day 2 – Transfer to Giulianova for an introductory course on using the “chitarra”, an ancient pasta-making tool. For groups of 8 or more, the experience includes a tasting of four types of plain pasta (made from ancient grains, modern grains, and semi-whole grains), accompanied by explanations and a guided tasting journey, followed by a traditional pasta dish. In the afternoon, transfer to Bellante for a guided tour of the village. Afterward, visit a local farm for an aperitif among the olive groves, enjoying local flavors and the serene landscape. Guests may also visit the educational farm. Return to the apartment for an overnight stay.

Day 3 – Transfer to Martinsicuro for a tasting of artisanal wines paired with local products. For wine enthusiasts, a “vertical” or “horizontal” tasting session can be arranged (for groups of 4 to 6 people). Alternatively, visit the Pineta Park for a nature walk in the WWF Oasis or an adrenaline-filled adventure in the Adventure Park.
