Day 1 – Arrival in Tortoreto and accommodation in an apartment or at a 3-star hotel in Giulianova. The day begins with a guided tour of Tortoreto Alto, a captivating medieval village rich in history and culture. In the evening, hotel guests will enjoy a dinner featuring local specialties, while those staying in an apartment will have an exclusive dining experience in Alba Adriatica. The day ends with an overnight stay.

Day 2 – After breakfast, transfer to Sant’Omero for a guided tour, including the rural Church of Sant’Angelo Abbamano, the Church of Santa Maria a Vico, and a traditional earth house (pinciaia). Lunch will be served in Alba Adriatica. In the afternoon, depending on the season, guests can either enjoy a relaxing walk among olive trees with a tasting of local olive oil in Tortoreto or visit a winery in Sant’Egidio alla Vibrata for a tasting of regional wines. The day concludes with the overnight stay.

Day 3 – The final day begins with breakfast, followed by a transfer to a farmhouse in the hills of Tortoreto for a fresh pasta-making workshop lasting approximately 90 minutes. After the workshop, participants will taste the dish they prepared before departing.
