The building boasts a stone and exposed brick façade of singular beauty, embellished with terracotta decorations that are repeated in the entablature above the round arch portal, with a large window surmounted by a tympanum that completes the harmony. Also noteworthy are the gabled roof and the narrow windows with pointed arches framed in brick on the long sides, giving the building a sober and refined elegance. 

The former Church of Santo Spirito preserves centuries of history. Originally built as a place of worship, it has undergone several transformations over time, taking on its current theatrical function.
