A historian, scholar and humanist with a wide range of interests, he was always animated by a strong love for his land, which drove him to a constant and daily commitment to knowing his land and making it known to Italy. He dedicated his life to <\/span><b>collecting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the most varied forms of art, opening his home to artists and intellectuals from all over Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On his death in 1928, Vincenzo Bindi left <\/span><b>his house and collection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to his beloved <a href=\"https:\/\/terramane.it\/en\/comuni\/giulianova\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Giulianova<\/strong><\/a>. The heritage thus became the Pinacoteca, a fundamental reference point of the <\/span><b>Polo Museale Civico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The ancient palace on Corso Garibaldi houses a vast library and hundreds of works of art, in a continuous dialogue with everyday objects and memories of the Bindi family.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Pinacoteca, after careful and accurate restoration work, becomes a point of reference for the town and its tourists, a place where the history and identity of Giulianova once again become a model for art in Southern Italy.
